Commercial Manager
Commercial Manager with Property Refurbishment Projects in Corporate and Retail environments is required for a high profile organisation based in Swindon. This is a 3 month initial contract.
The Job:
To lead and support Commercial Management activity on Property Refurbishment Projects across Corporate Real Estate, Retail Shopfit, and Data Centre buildings.
Essential and Desirable Skills:
Commercial Management experience specifically on Property Refurbishment Projects in Corporate and Retail environments is critical to this role.
