Service Manager/4 Months/Brussels, Belgium

Service Manager urgently required for one of my clients for a period of 4 months to be based in Brussels, Belgium.

Description of the mission:

  • The service manager runs a number of services/applications for SPRB customer.
  • He/she has the contact with users and supplier (internal or external) of the services.
  • He/she follows and manages incidents, the SLAs and vendor activities.

In this specific case, the "Services" in question are mainly applications made to measure for the client.

Expected deliverables:

  • Daily monitoring of services under his/her responsibility
  • Avoid the stop of the service
  • Weekly reporting on activities
  • Monthly reporting, according to an existing model
  • Regular contact with users
  • Good contact with fellow managers Service
  • Monitoring of corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the services in question

Required skills

  • 1 - 3 years' experience as Service Manager or Implementation Manager
  • Good knowledge of ITIL (certification is a plus)
  • Good communication skills
  • Language: French and Dutch
