The role will entail
Production and analysis of both annual and interim statutory external financial reporting requirements, while contributing to the quarterly Interim Management Statement processes.Ensuring the preparation for changes in financial reporting by leading the implementation of new IFRSs and accounting policies, working closely with the Accounting Policy team.Preparation of procedures and policies to be followed by country finance teams within the organisation for IFRS reporting.Assist preparation of papers for Board and Audit Committee on the results announcements, developments in financial reporting.Build and maintain effective control environment around the Group consolidation and financial reporting process.Candidates must
Be fully qualified accountants with experience in financial services and good working knowledge in financial reporting.Prior experience in Annual report preparation is essential.Strong analytical and technical finance background (familiar with accounting standards and banking regulations in general).Ability to plan and manage data requirement for analysis and reporting, including strong knowledge of Microsoft software.A keen eye for detail, data accuracy and the reporting process.For more details please send CVs.
