My Public Sector client based in the East Midlands are seeking an interim to support services as a General Manager to manage the campus based services (including: Adult and Older Adult Mental Health Beds, CRHT services, MH Liaison Services and Rehab Beds) on a 3 month contract.The experienced General Manager will have extensive knowledge and experience in managing Mental Health or Community Health Trusts and experience in managing inpatient services.
The successful General Manager will have responsibility for:
- The successful General Manager will be managing Adult Acute Centre on behalf of the NHS organisation.
- The successful General Manager will be responsible for deducing the length of service at the trust.
- The candidate who will be successful in obtaining this role will have responsibility for managing Patient Flow.
- The applicant who is successful will be responsible for managing the overall campus and will have operational responsibility.
Experience Required:
- Experience in previously working as a General Manager where you worked in Adult Services.
- Experience of working in urgent care.
- Been able to provide evidence of deducing the length of service.
- Experience in managing patient flow.
- The successful General Manager will have had experience in delivering change and operational management.
