Description

Job Scope:
  • Serves as the key IS liaison and partner to the HR business function.
  • Leverages expertise in technology
  • Serves as the voice of HR to IS and organizations ensuring appropriate support and services are provided to meet business/functional objectives and service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and influence HR Stakeholders on process and technology decisions aligned to global strategies, processes and solutions
  • Work collaboratively with peers within the Global HR CoE and the broader IS Organization.; along with HR, Global HR and BPE to develop multi-year business process & technology roadmaps along with corresponding investment portfolios
  • Understand deeply the capabilities of the HR solutions, data within the HR solutions and the product roadmaps
  • Know the business strategies for HR and translate them into business capabilities and functional requirements
  • Participate in the planning and coordinating of IS projects aligned with Global IS and Global HR strategies in support of HR business requirements
  • Plan and coordinate cutover activities of Global HR systems and major cross-functional implementations impacting HR
  • Identify process/technology improvements leading to HR and overall cost reductions and service quality improvements
  • Plan and coordinate software upgrades/maintenance as required and communicate planned system outages to all key HR stakeholders
  • Identify root cause of issues/disruptions to daily operations of HR business systems
SKILLS:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree with major area of study in Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent degree
Experience:
  • Functional/technical work experience with minimum of 8-10 years in HRIS.
  • Knowledge of broader HR business solutions and global platforms; and deep understanding of HR business processes to engage and influence HR business partners in delivering business results and HR technology solutions.
