Montash are currently retained by a global FMCG organisation seeking a Service Desk Manager to support them through a period of major transition and change. The role will report into a global service desk manager.
Key responsibilities/mandatory requirements:
- Overseeing Change management activity
- Managing outsourcing in different global locations
- Experience with 3rd party vendors
- Service manager/service desk knowledge is mandatory
- Be responsible for all outsourcing over Europe
The role is based in the Netherlands.
