Description

Montash are currently retained by a global FMCG organisation seeking a Service Desk Manager to support them through a period of major transition and change. The role will report into a global service desk manager.

Key responsibilities/mandatory requirements:

  • Overseeing Change management activity
  • Managing outsourcing in different global locations
  • Experience with 3rd party vendors
  • Service manager/service desk knowledge is mandatory
  • Be responsible for all outsourcing over Europe

The role is based in the Netherlands.
