Formalities Paralegal - West London - £180 per day - 9 month contract.
One of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies requires a paralegal to complete an initial 9 month contract.
Responsibilities include
Preparation of legal documents covering multiple jurisdictions supporting ownership activities
Able to demonstrate knowledge of trade mark law in so far as it affects ownership related activities
Able to communicate effectively with foreign external counsel regarding changes of ownership and other matters
Managing ownership related projects affecting trade mark rights worldwide
Data management of key trade mark data maintaining internal database containing portfolio of trade
Key skills required for the role include.
Minimum of 2 years trade mark experience in a law firm or in-house corporate trade mark department
Significant knowledge of trade mark docketing
Significant knowledge of trade mark ownership requirements worldwide
Strong computer and database skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Able to demonstrate effective project tracking/monitoring
Must demonstrate attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a transnational team, as necessary
Able to work on own initiative, multi task and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills
Flexible approach in a fast moving and changing environment
This is a 9 month contract offering £180 per day and is based in West London
