Project: My NHS Client based in South Yorkshire is looking for an experienced operational manager to join the existing team and focus on aspects of service improvement.
You will be an experienced NHS manager, with preferably 5 years experience in similar operational roles. You will have experiance of managing surgical directorates in particular General Surgery & Head and Neck.
Along with your day to day operational duties; managing service (business), allocating staff, managing theatres, CIP and building strong working relationships with clinicians. You will work along side / lead service development / improvement in line with recent CQC reports.
