Project Quality Manager
ROLE PURPOSE
*Conduct IGM Project Quality Assessment through the tollgates of the projects
*Manage and reports on Project Quality Assessment which are assigned to him/her.
*Ensure that tollgates are run according to Project Methodology and to the applicable IT project management procedure

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
In addition to accountabilities listed above in Role Purpose:
Take responsibility for the optimal execution of Project Quality Assessments.
*Ensures that project management related processes for compliance and security are followed in line with the classification of the application.
*Ensures that appropriate process documentation is available and current.
*Align with all stakeholders during the process of assessment.
*Reviews opportunities for process, quality and security enhancements with the project managers, project members and PMO in an open way
*Align with respective Project Quality Support in the Functional/Country IGM
Follows the IGM Policy Framework and integrate the assessment outcome into the information risk management.
Communicates the Project Quality requirements with PMO and Project manager upfront and agree on the project quality and security deliverables by tollgates.
Stays current about control assessment tools, trends, best practices and methods and integrates this into the Project Quality assessment practices.
Performs tollgate reviews according to project schedule and initiates alignment on critical findings
Align with sourcing procedures to evaluate external vendors supporting the Project Quality Assessment process.
*Optimizes the balance of internal and managed service deliverables in one overall consolidated reporting at end of each project.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI's)/MEASURE OF SUCCESS

*Effectiveness, efficiency and appreciation of the way the Project Quality Assessment are being conducted (feedback from Global IT Function IGM Heads, Global Head of Country IGM)
*Execution of project tollgate reviews in accordance with established planning
*Manage own workload of conducting Project Quality assessment and report status timely and accurate to the superior
*Clear reporting of the Project Quality assessment about being compliant and gaps towards the business to place them in the capability of making a correct Project Quality selection.
*Deliver the initial control maturity assessments as part of the project handover process.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE

EducationEssential:
*University bachelor level degree in business/technical/scientific/communication area or comparable education/experience

Desirable:
*Professional (information system) risk or audit certification such as CISA or CRISC, ISO 27001 auditor

ExperienceEssential
*Over 5 years of professional experience of which at least two in a similar or related checker role, and at least 2 in an operational guidance, implementation and/or remediation doer role in view of compliance related requirements
*Excellent communication skills
*Experience with SOX IT compliance requirements.
*Experience with GxP/CSV/e-compliance requirements in an IT context.
*Understanding of general privacy requirements in an IT context.
Language*Fluency (written and spoken) in English

Must be able to work well with other IGM teams, especially the Global IT Function IGM teams and Country IGM teams as they need to support the assessments. Ability to seek consensus when parties have different or even contradicting opinions. Is perceived as a team player.
*Customer Focus: Strong customer focus is required. Customer focus includes a focus on the owners of the processes and assets being assessed as well as the Global IT Function IGM teams and Country IGM Managers involved. Be flexible in the changing customer demand.
*Change Orientation: Must remain current on the latest organizational, regulatory and technological trends, and must be able to drive the change in the process and motivate the people in the team affected by these changes.
*Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization and especially higher management. Must be able to present and train teams effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal and collaborative skills.
