ITIL Change Manager - Dublin, Ireland
My client, a telecommunications company, is now looking to hire a ITIL Change Manager to join the ever growing team in their Dublin office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ITIL change manager on a daily rate contract basis.
The Job:
- Ensure the Delivery of change stats - provide accurate change stats to Senior Operations manager.
- Experience with ISO 20000.
- Understand other IT Service Management processes on the account and how they interact with Change Management process.
- Running Pre CAB and Customer CAB.
- Attend the customers offices in Dublin, as required.
- To ensure that standardised methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all changes, in order to minimise the impact of any related incidents upon the customers' service.
The ideal candidate:
- Ultimate responsibility for all changes related to the customer account, ability to ask the right questions to find the true impact of the change being requested.
- Delivery of change stats and promotion of strict adherence to change management process on the account.
- Ensure all documentation is 100% accurate before presenting it to the customer for approval.
- Develop and maintain good relationships between the customer and 3rd party suppliers.
- Ensure changes are closed off properly & appropriate documentation for any failed changes. This involves holding meetings will all stakeholders of the changes that have taken place.
