Responsibilities:

- Drive completion of site/cluster acceptance

- Manage optimization scope changes

- Develop processes and strategies for better customer engagement towards acceptance

- Develop/transform team into high performing team

- Manage conflicts with major project stakeholders

Competence:

- Highly knowledgeable in 2G/3G Optimization, good knowledge in LTE

- Good technical skills in RF

- Min 10 years experience in RF

- Ericsson equipment experience
