Your tasks:
- Supporting internal Organizational Change Manager (OCM) with the implementation of an operating model
- Developing an OCM concept
- Designing and implementing measures in the configuration/change/release management area and processes
- Introducing and updating standard systems and tools
- Developing an operating model handbook in order to support the employees
Your qualifications
- Very good knowledge of a change management model (e.g. ADKAR)
- Knowledge of Google sites and eLearning tools
- Ability to understand the overall context
- Very good presentation as well as communication skills
- Excellent English skills
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical environment
