A top Wealth Management Firm is looking for a Service Desk Support Technician to join them in order to provide 1st/2nd and some 3rd line support. This is a 6 month contract with the aim to becoming a full time member of staff. You will learn the firms systems thoroughly and act as a critical member of the team's ability to solve problems, create efficiencies, and serve their internal customers.
As a Service Desk Support Technician you will be expected to provide a first class level of customer service to all internal users, and provide an initial resolution of these incidents where possible and where not, escalate detailed calls accurately to the appropriate support team.
Service Desk Support Technician Requirements:
- Past experience within an Enterprise Help Desk/Desktop Support environment.
- Experience using Microsoft operating systems and applications.
- Experience in using Citrix systems and applications.
- Experience in using VMware software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices
- The ability to communicate with people of all levels.
- A desire and enthusiasm to work within the Wealth/Asset Management industry.

Location: London, the West End.
Salary: £130 - £200 per day (6 month contract).
