About the Role
* You will be in the pivotal position between your clients and candidates so you must be able to display your professional and personable skills, both over the phone and in person
* Business Development- Sourcing for new clients through cold calling, client meetings and extensive networking
* Candidate Sourcing - Headhunting, market mapping, managing ad responses, searching using our state of the art database
* Account Management - Managing relationships with clients
* Closing and Negotiation
