Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Bristol -£20000-£28000perannum+OTE£45K

Our plans for the future are big, bold and most importantly, achievable. We're recruiting for a number of Trainee and Experienced Recruitment Consultants to join us across the UK.
Job Responsibilities
* Write adverts as required to source candidates for existing and pipeline client requirements.
* Develop and generate leads through identifying opportunities that arise from candidate movement.
* Identify sales opportunities amongst existing and new potential clients through cold calling, networking, following up leads/referrals and attending client meetings.
* Market candidates to existing and new potential clients via telephone, email and mail-shots.
* Conduct client "after placement" calls/meetings after the candidate is placed to build client relationships, maximising the opportunity to gain repeat/penetration business, retainers, testimonials etc
* Build up-to-date knowledge of own recruitment sector/technology to respond proactively to clients requirements and provide consultative advice.

The Ideal Candidate
* A proven background of customer focussed relationship building to engage repeat business;
* Experience of working to targets, in a business-to-business / telephone based sales environment;
* Excellent command of the English language;
* Outstanding analytical skills;
* Proven first-rate negotiation skills complimented with strong understanding of business ethics;
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral;
* IT literacy.
