Support Analyst/Technical Analyst/Desktop Analyst

My client, a Global Law Firm requires a French and English speaking Support Analyst/Technical Analyst/Desktop Analyst to join the firm on a 6 month contract.

You will have proven experience working on a technical desk within a professional services organisation.

The Support Analyst/Technical Analyst/Desktop Analyst will provide telephone assistance to users (1st line) and desk-side assistance (2nd line) where it is necessary to visit the user to resolve their problems. It will be essential that you will have good experience of all Microsoft Office applications (MS 2010). You will also have a high level support background of Windows 7 as well as knowledge with printers and PC hardware.

You must be able to demonstrate high levels of customer service with the desire and enthusiasm to progress within this role
