We are looking for an Change Manager - Telecoms to join our client.

  • The role of the Change Manager - Telecoms is to ensure the Customer's Business Area Leads and users are supported throughout the project and all business impacts are understood to drive the essential buy-in' and successful end user adoption. You will analyse the customer's business and conduct change impact assessments to ascertain where high and low level changes will be. Using this information you will coordinate learning and development initiatives, training and support to ensure business readiness for the implementation to take place with minimal disruption to the customers' business
  • Change Manager - Telecoms will Understand client's organization and change management issues explain the factors involved and shape organizational solutions to deliver value to the client. Help re-align the organization, its people, and their actions with critical business imperatives and specific objectives. Drive stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, impact analysis, learning/training, communications, business readiness, deployment, and adoption measurement

Change Manager - Telecoms Responsibilities include:

  • Helping clients manage & execute medium to large scale change related projects
  • Guiding clients through the management and execution of strategic organizational change programs
  • Managing customer and partner expectations
  • Able to identify sales opportunities and business development
  • Creating organizational change strategy including defining success factors
  • Identification & management of stakeholders
  • Perform organisational change diagnosis
  • Determine change management approach & objectives
  • Establish & follow a governance process including managing risks & issues
  • Lead & conduct change management scoping sessions/workshops
  • Perform organisational gap analysis (unit/role level)
  • Create Change Management & Communications plan
  • Manage and monitor change management deployment
  • Create & conduct change management readiness checks
  • Collect deployment feedback & provide summary report
  • Planning & executing key communications
  • Ensure all changes to approved project documents are aligned to project governance
  • Ability to coach and mentor others

Change Manager - Telecoms Requirements:

  • 5 years' consulting experience in guiding clients through the management and execution of strategic organizational change programs
  • Have implemented transformational change in a large complex multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment (knows when to lead & when to follow)
  • Passionate about people
  • Strong Project Management experience
  • Develop, maintain and strengthen client relationships
  • High level of motivation & a self-starting attitude
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong eye for attention for detail
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills
  • Ability to think outside of the box, thrive on new challenges
  • Strong Work Ethic
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, etc
  • Experience of working in a consulting environment would be essential
  • Flexibility & ability to travel
