Description

Implementation Lead Credit Unions, Business change, Management, Migration, Scotland, £350 per day.

Operational & Technical

  • Maintain knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements relevant to role and support and promote compliance with those requirements within the role and the business. You have a thorough understanding of the needs of Credit Union membership and you are able to use this knowledge to lobby and influence the necessary forums to maximise opportunities for Credit Unions.

Flexibility will be important in this role: you are willing to adapt your thinking and behaviour to suit different situations. You see the value of alterative views to issues and are enthusiastic and supportive of change. This includes being able to change your plans quickly in order to react to changing circumstances such as to ccarry out any emerging activities or tasks as deemed appropriate by the implementation manager.
The role will also require significant travel to required sites is open to all regardless of geographical base.

Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure migration activity in Credit Unions is timely and controlled.
  • To manage the day to day relationship with credit unions
  • To help Credit Unions manage the journey from current to future state.
  • To be the on-site led for CUEP at pre-implementation to ensure successful readiness for Transformation.
