Role Purpose:
HSS Fund Services provides fund administration to a portfolio of UK Fund Managers. This role will provide support to both the Business and our Clients in the production of KPI reporting, preparation of client fees, preparation of daily/weekly & monthly MI for all Clients and the Business, project work for process improvements and rate card review and other administrative tasks associated with the production of management information and business reporting requirements for both internal and external stakeholders.
Accountabilities:
The jobholder will be responsible for the preparation of the monthly MI/Fee production and also assisting the Client and Business MI team in delivering the Business Risk Review project to the Business.
Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications:
- A solid understanding of fund accounting
- Excellent Excel skills (Intermediate)
- Experience of using Microsoft Access database reports would be beneficial
- Ability to plan and organise workload to meet deadlines, taking into account relative priorities
- Strong commitment to service quality
