Description

Will work with internal departments, Project managers, and CSM's to collect records and analyze field work orders, Installation Agreements and Certificates of project completion. Will work with field management as well as corporate support groups to track and help facilitate the work order through the work flow process.
The candidate will be using internal tools, processes and systems. They will also be talking to customers to validate work is done on schedule and to satisfaction.

SKILLS:

Good people skills, attention to detail and good with MS Excel. Previous telecom customer service experience would be great. Customer service abilities.
