Retail Banking Incentive and Frontline Consultant
To join a brand new MI function with one of our retail banking clients.
This person will be responsible for supporting the effective development and operation of a brand new incentive scheme for circa 2500 employees.
Day-to-day role;
- calculate and pay out employee bonuses and rewards
develop and produce sales rules guides to ensure understanding of and adherence to rules across the network
- process of sales appeals
- support to staff on incentive schemes
- ensuring changes to organizational structures is noted and acted upon
The successful candidate will have prior experience in;
- incentive payment and related processes
- a track record of managing initiatives successfully to tight time frames and objectives
- a passion for delivering out standing customer service.
- working knowledge of MS Office and Excel
Applicants must be able to start a contract before end of October 2015 and ideally have some relevant prior experience..
