We are currently looking for an experienced transformation professional/Program Director who would be responsible to lead a complex multi-year technology program within the Federal Government managed services environment.
Key duties:
- Managing the production of a strategic roadmap and translating the roadmap to individual projects for delivery
- Tracking and realising benefits
- Assist the client with organisational change
- Management of 3rd parties
- Setting up the program and establishing governance and PMO
- Managing a diverse team of pre-sales and delivery resources
- Managing successful outcomes of the projects within the program
Experience needed:
- Demonstrated usage of structured transition/transformation/program management methodologies eg Managing Successful Programmes
- Experience of the sales life cycle
- Strategic consulting
- Engagement at high level
- Management of large delivery teams
- Deep expertise managing complex, multi-faceted, multi-year, transformational programs of work
- Vendor management
- Organisational change management in an ADKAR framework
- Experience with contact centre programs will be highly regarded
- 10+ years experience as a program manager/director in a managed services environment
