One of our clients, an international company in the pharmaceutical industry currently requires a Transversal Supply Chain Coordinator with experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Start: ASAP
Length: min 3 months
Location: South of Brussels
JOB PURPOSE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The role will look after all transversal business aspects of the communication,coordination between Provisioning team, TLCT leader consolidation aspects and gap analysis.
He will support Provisioning to ensure these new process in place in use and resorb the backlog.
Managers in charge this main responsabilities of this project are :
* Follow actions and participate to the specific meeting
* Ensure cross alignment between MPU /Provisioning requirements
* Manage the interface between team and TLCT Leader
* Keep lean approach to deploy the concept and the methodology cross Provisioning
* Escalate potential issue identified of supply risk and budget impact (see new change control Process SOP and adequate training
* Ensure a transversal coordination
* Communicate progresses and escalate potential issues to the adequate governance operational and upper management
REQUIREMENTS
JUNIOR CONSULTANT
* Ideally Supply Chain or a combination of business and technical courses
* Max 3 years Logistics experience or Supply Chain
* Preferably in the Pharma or similar
* Self-motivated and result driven individual and with autonomy
* Good project management skills. Methodology and structure. Sense of priorities
* Can stand alone, face challenges and present compelling arguments to convince others of the need for change
Languages
French : Fluent
English : Good knowledge
COMPUTER SKILLS
* SAP (R/3, APO, SNC)
* Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
