8 Week Contract
/day (neg.)
Contracts Coordinator needed for an 8 week temporary contract in Derby. Must offer hands-on experience of reviewing contractual/commercial terms and clauses. Working with a leading Engineering Consultancy business. Start ideally by 12th October 2015 (or as close to this date as possible).
Key skills, experience and responsibilities to include:
. Working closely in conjunction with the Project Managers and the Business Development Team.
. Reviewing contractual terms, clauses and commercial T&Cs/TOBs.
. Ensuring contractual terms comply with company processes and procedures.
. Providing general advice/support on contractual and commercial matters.
. Ensuring processes are fit-for-purpose and meet the current business requirements for both internal/external clients
. Proven background in contract management, procurement and supply chain.
. Experience of working for Engineering companies would be advantageous.
. MCIPS/CIPS qualification preferred, but not essential.
. Experience of CRM tools preferred (Salesforce, or similar), would be helpful.
