Functional Analyst CRM
One of our leading tech clients urgently requires a CRM Functional Analyst for a long contract in Belgium.
Role responsibility:
As a Functional Analyst you will perform Functional Analysis in CRM, Define, analyse and document requirements (both functional and non-functional), Establish systems (if set) or informing the software engineers to build the system (if self-development), Establish test scenarios, perform testing, Building knowledge to key users so that the implementation of the solution goes smoothly, This in projects that are either initiated from Finance or from other domains/partners and for which the Finance hatch should be included and in addition, the operational support of existing solutions (and this in a rotation with other functional analysts)
Key Skills & Knowledge:
- 5+ experience as a Functional Analyst.
- Experience in CRM Functional Analysis - AS IS and To Be functional mapping
- Knowledge on system requirements analysis methods and techniques
- Experience in Large Projects & Project with Impact on work process
- Knowledge of technological opportunities; deal with IT systems in an environment where many own development
- Experience in complex environment (many integrations with other functional services).
- Must be Fluent in Dutch and English. knowledge of French is an asset
Location: Belgium
Contract: 6 months + likely extension.
