Server Support/3rd Line Support role based in Surrey

Analytical skills required to resolve problems on the following platforms:

Windows Servers 2000, 2003, 2008, 2012

VMware vSphere/ESXi

VDI (Horizon View)

AS400 Operating Systems (desirable)

Responsibilities:

Providing support and routine maintenance on all above platforms

Managing tape libraries on TSM and As400 platforms

Updating Snow/Quetzal Server Hardware Inventory

Checking Anti Virus systems signatures and deployments

Software licence audits

Perform As400 housekeeping jobs and user audits

Microsoft version check
