Service Desk Specialist/ Service Desk Analyst/ Service Desk Support Customer facing skills

Urgently seeking a Service Desk Specialist to come and work on the Service Desk for a well-known organisation at a very busy period, this will be for initially three months with a very high chance of extension.

Interviews will be face to face on Monday.

Essential skills:

Windows 7

AD

Customer facing skills

Good grammar

Previous experience in a call centre is ideal

Desirable but not essential:

ITIL

Citrix

The successful candidate will be answering calls, helping fix and deal with any issue son a 1st line level.
