Description

Responsibilities include:
  • Interact with healthcare decision makers to communicate and advance the scientific platform, as aligned with Company's corporate goals and objectives.
  • Communicate complex cutting edge technical information and research concepts to health care decision makers, including but not limited to, those at Centers of Education and Research.
  • Provide clinical and economic value information to payers and formulary decision makers.
  • Identify and train members of company's speakers bureau and ensure they are updated on new data. Facilitate submission of investigator initiated pre-clinical and clinical proposals.
  • Support company's sponsored research. Report competitive intelligence. Provide scientific support, consistent with the Regional Medical Liaison (RML) Compliance standard, for sales, corporate account, and other matrix colleagues facilitated Health Care Professional (HCP) inquiries.
  • Foster relationships in relation to company and fellows in training.
  • Lead and/or participate on committees or project teams that support RML strategies and tactics as delegated by RML leadership.
  • Mentor RMLs as designated by RML leadership.
  • Seek out opportunities to support the RML value proposition and achieve results.
  • Set an example for others to follow by consistently demonstrating company Values and Leadership Attributes.
  • Demonstrate tact and organizational savvy when communicating and interacting with others.
  • Model openness and innovation through words, actions, and decisions.
  • Share learning, including entrepreneurial and innovative ideas, with others.
  • Hold self accountable for performance and encourages others to achieve and be accountable for performance.
