Global Programme Lead

A Global Programme Lead is required to work on-site at a Global Financial Institution as part of a Global Transformation Programme.

The Global Programme Lead role will involve leading the delivery of the programme across the Retail Bank with an emphasis on the re-engineering of all branch processes as part of a cost-saving initiative.

You must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Extensive experience leading and delivering Global Change Programmes across a Matrix structure

A strong understanding of Retail Banking and branch processes in order to identify areas for change to improve efficiency

Impeccable written and oral communication

Strong leadership, strategic planning, analytic, negotiation and organisational skills.

A thorough understanding of Agile & Six Sigma/Process Improvements Methodologies.

Programme/Process Management Qualifications e.g. MSP, Prince2 etc.
