Validation- Equipment And Process / Sussex / 6 Months / £40-£50p/hI am urgently seeking a Validation Professional - specifically with Equipment and Process, for a leading medical device manufacturer in Sussex.
The purpose of this position is to contribute validation and retrospective validation of new and existing equipment in preparation for a relocation of the manufacturing facility commencing July 2016.
Processes include autoclave moist heat sterilization, manual and automated blister packing (with vacuum forming), pouch sealing, lathe cutting, milling, tumble polishing, automated optical and dimensional inspection, ultrasonic welding.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading validation activities.
- Planning, preparation of validation documentation
- GAMP
- Equipment and Process Validation
- Support other members of the validation team where required
