GSM/WCDMA/LTE network Coverage, Frequency & Capacity planning Engineer (Ericsson and Huawei)
Main Responsibilities:
Realization of network Coverage, Frequency & Capacity planning projects for commercial GSM/WCDMA/LTEnetworks
Execute the activities in Site Acquisition, Coordination with other Network Operators & Information Management processes
Assist in the definition of standard procedures for Radio Network Planning based on customer requirements
Assist in managing & reviewing the results of all defined planning procedures
Knowledge transfer of responsible planning process to other colleagues
Assist in Site/Service Node Planning
Requirements:
Experience in 2G/3G/4G Site (Coverage, Frequency, RF Algorithm & Parameter) and Transport Planning for at least 5 years
Experience in RAN Capacity Planning and Network Performance KPI's
Excellent knowledge of Network Planning processes
Experience with Huawei/Ericsson projects
Experience with Vodafone projects and familiar with Vodafone Planning processes is preferred
Management skills
Management Reporting and Presentation skills
Work Flow Process definition skills
Experience working in or with virtual teams is preferred (local, international)
Fluent in English, German speaking is preferred
You will be in charge of Coverage and Capacity Planning. So a VERY solid background in 3G planning and features.
