Service Desk Analyst - 3 Months - Bristol

Job role: Service Desk Analyst

Day rate: £90.00-£100.00 Per day dependant on experience

Location: Bristol

Start Date: Immediate

Contract length: 3 Months

Computer Futures are seeking a First Line Support Engineer for a market leading client based in Bristol. We are ideally looking for an experienced First Line/Desktop support engineer in an interim basis for a 3 month period to join a growing team. The successful candidate will join a large support team in providing support in a BAU focused environment. You will be required to ensure that service is delivered to all levels of the businesses IT function.

Essential experience:

- 1st Line/Desktop/Helpdesk Support

- Windows 7/8 Support

- MS Office

- AD/Group policy

- Great communicator

- Personable & friendly user support

Other comments:

You must be a great communicator & able to converse with all types of people and articulate ideas, concepts and concerns. You will have the ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines and be organized and motivated.
