Description
Our client, a leading car manufacturer is looking for service desk analysts to support queries on their now project.
The contract is lasting 3months +, looking to last until the end of the year.
The hourly rate is between £11.50 - £12.00
Are you fluent in German?
Have you got 6 months - 1 year experience in a customer facing role?
Are you a recent IT graduate looking for your first role in IT?

Duties to include -
* To work within a Service Desk, which is Single Point Of Contact for users, IT Services and 3rd party support.
* Recording and monitoring the progress of incidents according to agreed service levels.
* Provide initial assessment of all incidents/requests, attempt to resolve or refer to other support areas.
* Maintain high level of first time fix rate to achieve Service Desk Key Performance Indicators.
* Setting up new accounts
* Manage new requests from dealers
* Processing new accounts
* Supporting all documentation with these processes.
