Finance Transformation Partner (M&A) - London - £325 per day
Large pharmaceutical company based in West London require a Finance Tranformation Partner to work on the integration of newly acquired business (M&A) into the central reporting fold. This role is part of a centre of excellence/function created to provide guidance and support for accounting and reporting for major transactions such as business acquisitions, disposals and collaboration agreements.
Required skills include

Qualified member of recognised professional finance body (eg ICAEW/CIMA/ACCA)

Provide guidance and support to the relevant integration team members in the delivery of key group reporting requirements (eg monthly actuals, year-end financial, restatements, planning and forecasting, other reporting deliverables)

Experience of Group consolidation and reporting essential

Extensive knowledge of financial processes and consolidation systems

Strong technical reporting skills with good knowledge of IFRSs

Good communicator and good interpersonal and presentation skills

Highly computer literate

Organised, ability to prioritise, deliver under pressure

Ability to build relationships quickly and develop credibility with customers in order to challenge and influence;

This contract is based in West London for an initial 5 months and offers a day rate up to £325 depending on experience. Start date is within 4 weeks of offer accepted. It is very likely this contract will roll on for 24 months.
