Voice Solutions Engineer / Voice Network Specialist- Salary: up to £ 60,000 + competitive benefits

This is an exciting opportunity for a Voice Solutions Engineer / Voice Network Specialist to join a leading software company, based in Reading.
The Voice Engineer will have overall technical responsibility for customer solutions and project implementation. This role is client facing and some travel should be expected.
Required skills and experience:
- 5+ years of experience in delivering communications solutions, preferably in Service Provider markets
- Knowledge of technology platforms pertaining to converged network environments. Experience in Voice over IP (VoIP) and implementation required.
- Skilled in technical communication, planning and preparation of written material
- Experienced in large scale systems implementation and/or operation of Cisco HCS
- Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks/projects within deadlines
- Must possess strong communication, presentation and documentation skills with excellent customer and organizational skills.
