Description
In accordance with the quality and security procedures currently in place within, the ideal candidate is able to provide assistance to the Head of Infrastructure Technology to perform the management of external providers in the IT Production scope (Facilities, 2 OPC, etc.).
Managing of Operations
_ Resolve problems with external IT providers
_ Inform external it providers for all changes which can impact external it providers service level
_ Manage the delivery of external it providers services
_ Coordinate the global project management
_ Communicate and follow the respect of the IT project governance
_ Assist Head of Infrastructure Technology to define the cost of new projects
Managing of Policy
_ Inform external it providers about the security rules & compliant hardware
_ Assist CLIENT security focal point to manage security topic with external it providers
Managing of Infrastructure
_ Validate the technical architecture implemented by external it providers
_ Manage the capacity management process between CLIENT and external it providers
_ Respect the norms and standards
_ Provide maintenance contract system software
_ Manage system licences
_ Get validation of costumer focal point if necessary
_ Manage infrastructure and security project, specifically on target end-user assets
_ Establishing communication plan and training schedule
_ Assist external it providers to
_ Define IT users strategy
_ Define operational procedure
