Description
Working with the bank's Senior Compensation Consultant, you will assist with the management and implementation of compensation programmes across EMEA.
Through interaction with local HR partners and the Compensation team in Head Office, the Compensation Consultant will be responsible for the following areas:
- Assisting in all aspects of the Annual Review Cycle
- Provide recommendations to business units regarding incentive target setting and incentive allocation
- Manipulating market data and presenting to managers
- Maintaining your knowledge of regulatory legislation impacting compensation practices in EMEA
The bank is looking for someone with considerable professional experience in this area. As this is a busy period for the team, the ideal candidate would have the skills and experience to add value from day one.
Day rate for the role is in the region of £250 per day
