High profile organisation based in Yorkshire require a Reward and Remuneration Specialist to work on project regarding Bonus and Variable Pay.The successful applicant will be required to get involved in designing/refining and implementing a new variable pay scheme to be introduced in April 2016.You will need to have technical reward experience, understand how bonus schemes work and how these tie in with company strategy and culture. They successful candidate will need to be able to lead the project so will be self-sufficient.
