Description
My client an IT Services Company based in London requires an IT Services Contracts Negotiator who will be responsible for negotiating EMEA & US end to end contracts with customers and suppliers, mainly under English law but occasionally under other EU/EEA jurisdictions. Experience in negotiating US contracts under US state law is preferred also.
Skills Required:
Law degree, experience in negotiating IT services contracts across multiple jurisdictions for both customers and suppliers.
Description of Project:
Experienced Legal Advisor and Contracts negotiator for IT services.
