My client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a long term contract for the next 18 months minimum. The role is based in Lancaster on a large civils project and is for one of the leading Main Contractors.The day rate will depend on experience however it will be in the region of £350 to £400 per day. The client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with the following experience:
- Used NEC3 and FIDIC forms of contract.
- Worked on Civils projects is essential.
- Project experience on substations is preferable.
- Able to manage a small team of Quantity Surveyors.
- Flexible to attend meetings with clients overseas, roughly once a month.
