Continuing Health Care AssessorLocation - North West
Start - ASAP
Contract Length - 3 months
This role is to join a large Continuing Health Care Retrospective review team, as they require more cover due to NHS England targets. This role will be working within a large office with a Multi-Disciplinary Team comprising of Social Workers, RMN and RGN'S
- Knowledge and experience with Continuing Care
- Experience of working in appeals and restitution's
- Experience of panel - presenting and preparing for
- Working knowledge of Needs Portrayal Documents
- Knowledge of the DST and four key indicators
- Experience of working within a MDT (Multi-Disciplinary Team)
- Current Social Worker or Nursing registration
- Experience of applying CHC National Framework
- Experience in reviewing case files and assessments
