Role: Continuing Healthcare Nurse Assessor - Mental HealthDuration: 3 Months with the view to extend
Location: London
Rate: £220 - £280 a day dependent upon experience
My NHS client requires a Mental Health Continuing Healthcare Nurse Assessor for a short-term contract in London to start as soon as possible.
You will be required to assist the organisation with their Nurse Assessment Load.
The skills and experience required for this position are:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse
- 5 Years post registration experience
- Experience and understanding on the Continuing Healthcare Framework
- Experience of performing nurse assessments
- Experience of working with Multi-Disciplinary team.
You will working with local authorities, hospital services and community services.
