I am currently on the lookout for a number of CHC Nurse Assessors for a number of clients based in the South of EnglandThis role would be to:
- To provide specialist advice with respect to NHS Continuing Healthcare, NHS Funded Nursing Care and Shared Care.
- To sit as a Nurse Expert on the Multidisciplinary Panel
- To decide based on clinical evidence if patients have a Primary Health Need and therefore are eligible for NHS Continuing Healthcare
- To be responsible upon request for liaison with patients and/or their representatives, health and social care professionals and other agencies to source the most suitable specialist NHS Continuing Healthcare placements
Please apply only if you're
- An RGN/RMN/RNLD
- Experienced in Continuing Healthcare
- Have experience working on live and retrospective cases
