- As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate with the business to attract and select the best talent for their teams. Your passion for recruiting and your ability to distinguish between good and great will enable you to help hire top diverse candidates who will thrive in our organization. Your relationship management and influencing skills will make you a credible partner to the business, providing valuable insights and market trends.

Your profile:
- You hold a University degree and you have solid experience in end to end recruiting. Your work experience has been gained in fast-paced, Matrix organizations. You are flexible, adaptable and you persevere as deliverables and priorities change. You have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, as well as strong client service and relationship management skills. You think strategically while you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work on the tactical implementation of the great ideas you or your colleagues come up with.
