Our client, an international telecommunications vendor leading the industry, is recruiting for a Application Support to join their business in Budapest.


Position Title: Application Support
Position Type: Contract (7 months)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Budapest

Responsibilities
- Reporting to the operations manager
- Be responsible for overall System support, handling, receiving and categorizing tickets, verification of tickets, resolve tickets as 1st line, instruct in correct way of work.
- Support application relevant operation process, include the event, incident, change management, etc. to ensure the application meet the customer system level agreement (SLA) Escalation point for all major incidents as necessary
- Continuous Knowledge base development


Qualification
- Fluency in English language, preferred Hungarian locals
- 1-2 years or entry level experience in incident or application management, in IT
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Experience of working in an ITIL recognized process driven environment
- Configuration and optimization of application
- Experience of application release/deployment in accordance with ITIL processes
- Proactive in resolving issues and prioritizing appropriately
- Willingness to work in 7x24 hour shifts
