Position Title: ITO Network Management Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Regarding the enterprise network management service market, output the top-level architecture designs of the network management services and remote management platform.
- Also design the delivery process of management services based on the best practices and on the industry's customer O&M in order to enhance the competitiveness of Client's network management service products.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 15+ years of IP network experience and 10+ years of enterprise network OAM experience.
- Great understanding of the internal OAM process of enterprise customers. Consultants with IBM management service experience are preferred.
- Well familiar with the enterprise network OAM business models design as well as with the basic architecture and service logic of the remote management platform for enterprise network OAM; have a thorough understanding of the operation organization structure, operation process architecture, CEI/KQI/KPI/SLA, and security solutions for business case design and development.
- Holding the CCIE or ITIL certification is preferred.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
