IP Network EngineerManning Global is recruiting an IP Network Engineer for our client, a global leading telecommunication company, to be based in Bucharest or Timisoara, Romania.
Position Title: IP Network Engineer
Position Type: 3 months initial contract / permanent

Responsibilities:
- Customer Support team for the Datacom product line - main responsibility will be to handle customer service requests from all Europe for our products ( Routers, Switches, Firewalls & Security Gateways, WLAN devices and more).
Skills:
- Familiar with TCP/IP & OSI protocol stack.
- Knowledge of routing (OSPF, BGP, IS-IS) and switching protocols (Vlans, STP).
- Knowledge of security features and protocols (IPSec, NAT, Radius/Tacacs, Dot1x).
- Knowledge of network monitoring applications and protocols (SNMP, NMS).
- Strong troubleshooting skills (able to analyze debug outputs and packet captures).
- 1+ year of experience in system integration or telecommunication will have priority.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication, Electronics or Computer Science;
- Previous work experience in the IP Network and IP Network Security area;
- IP certifications CCNA,CCNP, CCIE, JCNIA, JNCP, HCNA, HCNP, HCIE (Cisco, Juniper, Huawei).
