Responsibilities:
Ensure that all Client/Customer procedures and processes are followed and enforced
Confirm with the contractors that all teams are on site and the work has commenced on time and to agreed schedule of works
Carry out in depth scheduling reviews with Partners to track and drive dependencies
Record and document all concessions granted on the day and ensure partners have a record of concessions issued for HOPs
Make sure site is commissioned and is free of any alarms and faults
Proactively manage on site quality assurance checks and manage Outstanding Defects with Partners in a timely manner and to agreed SLAs
Manage day to day escalations within region
Confirm all planned sites are released from Radio and Transmission planning
Review site survey and highlight risks
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in telecom industry on management level
Experience in planning and arranging the quality assurance engineer to visit the site and complete the QA inspection
Experience in interfacing customers and CTO level and well organized person
