Customer Support Service ConsultantWe are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, to join their project in China.
Position Title: Customer Support Service Consultant
Position Type: Contract

Responsibilities:
- Refer to the industry's "best practice" to optimize design/architecture of customer support services.
- Instruct the client on how to optimize the Customer Support services/products portfolio and how to develop Intelligent (Network) Support (Intelligent Maintenance) services/products.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Holds Bachelor degree or above and has over 15 years of ICT working experience.
- 5+ years of working experience with network operations and maintenance.
- Familiar with industry leading Customer Support services architecture; able to design and develop intelligent network maintenance services (especially software and SnS services).
- Familiar with Customer Support services, have experience with intelligent support (network maintenance) services/products (such as Cisco's Smartnet Total).
- Strong ITIL knowledge.
- Familiar with the network operations and maintenance systems in at least one of the following industries (finance, energy, transportation, government).
