We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, to join their project in China.Position Title: Application Operation / Application Development and Maintenance Consultant

Responsibilities:
Design and optimize the management program of AO/ADM (Application Operation/ Application Dev Management) on the maintenance projects.
Case by case design of the delivery methods, technical processes, and operation instructions to the customers regarding the major technical products in the AO/ADM domain.
Make the check list of HC (Health Check) and basic capabilities of application development. Do the venture assessment of the ongoing projects, provide the optimization and improvement recommendation.
Support the mission critical project programming and delivery.
Act as a technical consultant on the App development projects.
Provide recommendations and optimize methods to the after-delivery project.
Support & manage the resolution of critical issues. Track the process lifecycle - identification, analysis and resolving.
Develop the training materials, knowledge and capabilities transfer throughout the team.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
Over 8 years of IT industry experience. Over 5 years of AO/ADM maintenance & development. Experience with large- scale and complex logic projects is highly preferred.
Experience with AO / ADM hand over/transfer and optimisation/transformation.
Familiar with one or more of the below app systems: Billing, CRM, ERP of the mainstream Vendor (IBM, SAP, Oracle, CA, Informatic , Microsoft). AO / ADM’s area consists of Amdocs –Billing, Oracle –Billing, Ericsson- Billing, Oracle -Siebel CRM, Amdocs – CRM, Oracle-ERP, SAP -ERP.
Familiar with application development design mode. Familiar with DevOps mindset. Proficient with request analysis, development, testing analysis. Understands well the automation testing, Release Management and tools.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Operation experience in the following company is highly preferred: SAP, Oracle, Ericsson, Amdocs, IBM, HP, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Banking, worldwide carriers, BAT( Baidu, Alibaba, Tencent).
Fluent in English and Chinese.
